Kim Kardashian Is Reportedly 'At The End Of Her Rope' With Kanye West

Kim Kardashian is reportedly at her breaking point with Kanye West after his latest Twitter rant.

The power couple, who seemed to be heading for divorce following a turbulent summer, are supposedly at odds again, so much that Kardashian “feels powerless” in her marriage.

West, who lives with bipolar depression, has gone on several Twitter rants since launching his presidential campaign earlier this year. During one rant in July, he claimed his wife attempted to have him committed after he divulged that they considered aborting their first child, North West, during his South Carolina campaign rally that same month.

Weeks later, however, it seemed the stars had been working on reconciling during a family vacation. That was until West shared another series of strange tweets this week, including a video of him urinating on one of his Grammys. The tirade prompted Twitter to temporarily ban West from the platform after he allegedly shared private information belonging to a Forbes editor. Now, it appears Kardashian is “at the end of her rope” once again.

"He's off his meds," an insider told PEOPLE. "He promised he'd stay on them. The last time, part of his negotiation with Kim was that he'd get back on his medication and he would work very hard to control his impulses. He made a lot of promises. And now those promises are broken, less than a month later."

The source says West is “on very thin ice” with the reality star, who apparently “had no clue he was going to tweet anything.”

“She wants to be a supportive partner, she's doing everything she can do to support him. But he has to support himself,” they added. “He has to take care of his own health. She can't force-feed him medication. She can't make him do anything he doesn't want to do."

Despite West’s ongoing mental health struggles, Kardashian, who shares four children with the entertainer — daughters North, 7, and Chicago, 2, and sons Saint, 4, and Psalm, 16 months — has publicly stated her support for her husband in the past.
