Whoa! I did not see this coming, just like this Hotel Guest didn't I am assuming.
You can see in the camera footage that clearly the guest was upset because a temp check was required. WHICH IS NOT THAT SERIOUS! Talk about being dramatic.
Anyway, this hotel front desk person was not having it. He got hands and was not about to deal with that.
