Aquaman himself, otherwise known as thirst trap Jason Momoa, was on the Blue Carpet for the premiere of his movie yesterday.
We knew he wouldn't miss an opportunity to show off that body of his that is a total Thirst Trap for every woman in the world... and he didn't miss the opportunity
He lost his coat, and his shirt, and started walking the 'Blue Carpet' in a tank while his costars of the movie all lined up and started to chant.
Yes... He was reaching back into his Pacific Islander history and decided to perform a Haka. For those that don't know... A Haka is a traditional Maori chant. From Wikipedia
The haka (/ˈhɑːkə/; plural haka, in both Māori and English) is a ceremonial dance or challenge in Māori culture. It is a posture dance performed by a group, with vigorous movements and stamping of the feet with rhythmically shouted accompaniment. Although commonly associated with the traditional battle preparations of male warriors, haka have been performed by both men and women, and several varieties of the dance fulfil social functions within Māori culture. Haka are performed to welcome distinguished guests, or to acknowledge great achievements, occasions or funerals.
Well... Jason wasn't drifting from tradition with it, as the completion of a major film is definitely an achievement!
Ok... Can we all step back for a second and say watching this?
Yes... I know... total Thirst Trap... but totally worth it!
