As a runner, I know how incredibly difficult it can be to keep your endurance up...even when you're feeling 100%. Having Cerebral Palsy on top of that, now that would be difficult. One college cross country athlete named Justin Gallegos was surprised when Nike recognized his determination and drive and offered him a professional contract with them. He is the first professional athlete Nike has ever signed that has Cerebral Palsy! Talk about paving the way!
