Effective today, Netflix is raising prices in what will be the biggest price rise since Netflix was created 12 years ago.
The price of its most popular plan — the 2S plan that includes high-definition quality — is increasing from $10.99 to $12.99 per month. Its basic plan is increasing from $7.99 to $8.99 and the premium 4S plan that includes ultra high-definition quality is increasing from $13.99 to $15.99.
