It's a super weird feeling for me... finding a YouTube channel that I wish I would have found years ago. That happened to me recently when I went a little deeper into Mark Rober's channel after seeing is recent upgrade to his now infamous 'Glitter Bomb'
While looking through old content, I came across this TEDx talk that he gave a while ago on what he called "The Super Mario Effect"
Basically... it's a way to think about tasks, challenges, and life, that changes your perception on it so that the failures don't get in your way.
It's 15 minutes you really should find the time to listen to.
