I don't like working out, so it's hard for me to find ways to get fit that don't include a gym membership. About a year and a half ago I discovered Pilates, a low-impact physical fitness system that you can mostly do while lying on your back (well, if you're using a reformer). It's the perfect "work out" for a lazy girl like me!
Here's six more ways to work out if you hate working out:
- Take a dance class
- Join a bowling league
- Play a sport like badminton or ultimate frisbee
- Go to the batting cage
- Try gardening or yardwork
- Have sex
