Ben Affleck thinks his daughter will have strong opinions about his latest interview.

The Accountant 2 star stopped by the Today show on Tuesday (April 22) alongside his co-star Jon Bernthal to promote their new film when host Savannah Guthrie mentioned how he is fluent in Spanish, per Page Six. After commending his proficiency in speaking the language, she wondered if he had been practicing, to which he admitted he often "competes" with his 19-year-old daughter Violet and is happy for the chance to settle their friendly familial rivalry on a national stage.

"My daughter is a student of Spanish and often competes with me — will tell me that hers is better than mine," he said. "And I'm glad that I get the chance to be on national television and just claim victory. She'll be appalled, by the way."

In addition to Violet, the Good Will Hunting actor is a dad to Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13, all of whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. He recently enjoyed a night out with his kids, as well as ex-wife Jennifer Lopez's kids, for the Los Angeles premiere of The Accountant 2.

"I'm thrilled that the kids are here with me," he said. "The relationships that you can have with children like that, it's the joy of my life. And those kids are amazing, and I'm glad that this is a movie they want to come to."
